The purpose of this amendment is to: Change the Contract Specialist to Alanna Wilson, Alanna.Wilson@va.gov and change the Contracting Officer to Anthony Zibolski, Anthony.Zibolski@va.gov . All solicitation references are changed and offers shall be submitted to both the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email by the published due date and time. Answer industry question: The Government will evaluate offers of products equal to the stated brand name, provided those products meet the published salient characteristics required by the solicitation. The Strategic Acquisition Center issued solicitation 36C10G25R0037 for Multitherapy Systems: Neuromuscular Stimulator - Ultrasound Therapy Systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs in support of VA Medical Centers. Contract 36C10G25D0050 was awarded to QB Medical, Inc for the Neuromuscular Stimulators. The period of performance shall consist of one 12-month base period beginning September 29, 2025, with four 12-month option periods. The total estimated contract value (inclusive of the base period and all options) is $819,158.67.
