Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to RC Consolidated Services NAICS Code 339112 - Surgical And Medical Instrument Manufacturing -, with a size standard of 1000 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the sole distributorship and continued need for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
