The CLE VAMC intends to provide a NextGen LOGIQ Ultrasound Console/Probes/Cart equipment and services for the Orthopedic Clinic at the hospital to assist with patient care. TrillaMed, LLC. is the authorized distributor of said equipment via GE Medical Systems, the (OEM) for the following items, which makes this a brand name only, sole source procurement under FAR 8.405-6(b)(1).
