This is a notice of intent to sole source a contract under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is estimated for final completion by 11/30/2026. The FSC/PSC is 6515 - Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the procurement of Gastrointestinal (GI) Genius to Covidien Sales LLC, 15 Hampshire Street Mansfield, Massachusetts 02048. There are no other sources of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements.
