OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Manikins and Related Equipment for the Durham VA Medical Center, 508 Fulton St., Durham, NC 27705. Salient characteristics of the items are attached. The characteristics are a draft and subject to change prior to release of a solicitation. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor would supply a manikin and related equipment as listed below, or equivalent. Full-body manikin (see attached draft Salient Characteristics). Panel PC, router and installation service. Related software license (Brand Name Laerdal LLEAP or equal). SpO2 probe, keyboard and mouse, consumables, clothing. ShockLink or equivalent system that allows use of a real defibrillator with the manikin. Adapters necessary for use of ShockLink or equivalent system with Physio Control/Mindray/Bexen Cardio defibrillators and ZOLL defibrillators. Cables to attach HeartStart AED to manikin defibrillation studs.
