The CLE VAMC intends to provide a Houva NBUVB Full Body Phototherapy Booth and associated equipment and services. This equipment replaces the existing phototherapy unit, that has reached the end-of-life cycle. National Biological Corp. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and sole distributor of the following items, which makes this a brand name only, sole source procurement under FAR 8.405-6(b)(1).
