This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective on August 7, 2025. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 in San Juan, has a requirement for orthopedic surgical items at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in accordance with the terms and requirements herein.
