The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 South Contracting Team, is seeking interested sources to provide a consignment agreement under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Brand Name of AlloDerm and Strattice Reconstructive Tissue Matrix in various models and sizes for participating facilities in VISN 8. The contract period will be a base of twelve months and four twelve-month options. The contractor shall provide delivery, setup of inventory, and management of Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels of products with a sterility/expiration date of less than 90 days provided to the individual VA medical center facility. These services will be completed at no additional cost to the government. Initial consignment inventory shall be placed at no expense to the Government until products are used or opened.
