Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and capability statement to the requirement.
