Summary

AI-generated · Mar 18, 2026

Replace the Endoscopy Reprocessing Sink at the Wyoming Clinic (a CBOC served by Battle Creek VAMC) for the Sterile Processing Service. The current unit is noncompliant with VHA Directive 1116(2) and AAMI/Joint Commission standards, and this is a Priority 1, mission-critical replacement for the GI reprocessing area. The required sink must be the PureSteel Healthcare reprocessing unit PS-97530-HA-03-301810B (1 unit), specifically designed for endoscope cleaning, with a 97.5 L x 30 W footprint, height adjustment, and three 30 x 18 x 10 basins with telescoping drains, ergonomic wrist rests, and 10 gooseneck sprayers, plus a comprehensive set of accessories including lighting, pegboard wall, programmable timer, shelves and baskets, workflow plates, drain kit, and related components. The supplier must provide factory assembly, on-site installation and education, and four loading carts/transfer carriages; the VA will de-install the old sink and perform plumbing/electrical connections after the new unit is installed, with delivery to the Battle Creek VA Supply Chain Warehouse and subsequent on-site installation coordination at the Wyoming Clinic.

This is a sources-sought inquiry identifying capability to supply the specified PureSteel unit and complete installation and support. The package includes a three-year warranty on lifters and a standard manufacturer warranty for defects; C&A does not apply and no Security Accreditation Package is required, with a potential separate sole-source/limited-source letter if applicable.
