This is a Sources Sought Notice / RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice / RFI is to gain information about potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339112 (size standard of 1,000 Employees). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI, further RFIs and/or a solicitation or other announcements may be published. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing Endo Suite Simulator and components that can address the attached salient characteristic requirements and Trade-In of old Endo Trainer for credit towards purchase of new unit for the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center, in Long Beach, CA. Salient Characteristics Endo Mentor Suite Simulator Endo Suite Simulator must have: Interchangeable cartridge for inserting scopes At least a 27 touchscreen w/ a FHD resolution (1920x1080) and wireless keyboard and mouse Power foot switch with foot switch connector and USB outlet on the back panel GI scope hangers with clips to hang the scope insertion Triple foot switch to utilize in the modules for actions Colonoscope (forward viewing endoscope)/Duodenoscope (side viewing scope) Master tool and additional red/blue wires used for endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography (ERCP) modules General Endoscopy Screen layout with primary view, 3D, Interactive Map, Snapshots Virtual instructor, Pain and Air indicators and General buttons. Patient management Panel for Vitals, Consciousness Level, Oxygen supplement, moderate sedation and a list of administered sedatives. Enhanced clinical display mode that applies to EMR/ESD modules Electrosurgical tool menu with option to select cut, coagulation or blend.
