The request is a planning-only information gathering effort to assess domestic sources’ capability to supply the specified packs. Respondents should indicate whether they are a manufacturer or authorized distributor, provide country of manufacture, confirm the ability to supply the listed items, include warranty details, offer potential substitutions or customizations, and supply a capability statement that includes their SAM UEI.
