Brand Name Only: Duet by Intelligent Hearing Systems The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking quotations for the procurement of a Duet EP/OAE to enhance its auditory diagnostic capabilities. This acquisition aims to support VA audiologists and clinicians in their efforts to improve Veteran care. All offerors must provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror’s status as an authorized reseller, distributor, or partner of the OEM. This letter should be on the OEM’s official letterhead and confirm that the offeror is authorized to sell, support, and provide warranty services for the equipment. Important Note: Any quotation that does not include a valid Letter of Authorization will be automatically eliminated from consideration. This requirement ensures that all equipment offered is genuine and that the VA will receive appropriate support and service.
