Sources Sought Notice This is a Sources Sought Notice (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (d) This Sources Sought is issued by VISN 2 Contracting Office in Albany for the purpose of collecting information about Albany Flexible Inspection Scope with Cart, Dolly, Mounting Tablets, Clamps and USB Control Box. The VA is seeking to provide for this requirement as of 30 days from award. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies The requirement is detailed in the Statement of Work section of this document. We are required to use said devices in accordance with AAMI ST79. Documentation of their use is included in VISN auditing tools. Background /Objective The Albany Stratton VAMC, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany NY is currently seeking purchase of borescope sets to be used in 3 departments (GI, Urology, SPS) as well as some critical components for backup parts. Each set is comprised of a control box, a flexible inspection scope (various sizes available to accommodate different instruments) and rolling mobile carts that have clamps/holders that allow components to be secured in place when in use and for portability. This is a Brand Name Only for Healthmark, a brand under the Getinge Corp umbrella. They are the manufacturers of these specific devices and accessories to meet our needs. Healthmark has unique AI software available (WatchDog AI TM) to create reports.
