Summary

AI-generated · Aug 23, 2025

Identify market availability and capability to supply the Endoflip System 300 and its associated components (EndoFlip 300 System, EF-301 Pump, EF-302 Display, EF-303 Cart) plus the EndoFlip 300 3-year Service Plan. The effort is for market research to determine if a small-business set-aside is feasible and whether priority should be given to SDVOSB/VOSB concerns; this is not a solicitation, nor a contract commitment.

Respondents should provide: their business status (SDVOSB/VOSB or other small-business designation), whether they are an authorized manufacturer or distributor, a manufacturer brochure, and any trade-in policy. Indicate if you touch the product before delivery or if you forward orders to the manufacturer, and whether the procurement can be fulfilled under a GSA FSS delivery, NASA-SEWP, or another contract vehicle (with the contract numbers). Ensure SAM registration and include an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer. Self-certify the Non-Manufacturer Rule if applicable. Responses will be reviewed to gauge the potential for competitive, responsible offers; if responses are insufficient, the government may proceed on an unrestricted or sole-source basis. Submit responses by email with a clear subject line referencing Endoflip System 300.
