The required subscription and services are proprietary to WoundVision, the (OEM). The software is proprietary and only accessible through the OEM. Additionally, the hardware requires service and maintenance performed exclusively by OEM-trained professionals. All replacement parts and software must be certified new from WoundVision. No third-party vendor can provide subscription access, OEM parts, or OEM-authorized service for these systems. FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services and FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend Term of Contract both apply to this requirement. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is 150 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
