This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26226Q0072 The Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, CA 92161 requires an indefinite quantity contract for radiopharmaceuticals. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at the VA San Diego Healthcare System at locations outlined in the statement of work (SOW). Shipping included in cost. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. This amendment to solicitation 36C26226Q0072 shall answer questions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The solicitation shall close on 11/10/2025 at 0900 PT local time. Question: For the I-131 DX and TX caps, do you want the dollar amount to be listed per mCi, or as the total dollar amount for the activity requested (i.e. 4mCi and 150mCi capsules?) Answer: The hospital will order different doses so please provide pricing per mCi. Question: The price of GA68 Dotatate (NETSPOT) is dictated by the manufacturer and updated on a quarterly basis. How we handle any price adjustments set by the manufacturer (i.e. do we have to ask for a contract amendment if Novartis changes the price during the contract period?) Answer: This is a firm fixed price contract.
