The NAICS code is 325412 with a small business size standard of 1,000. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Medi-Physics, Inc. dba GE HealthCare, 3350 North Ridge Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60004-1412 with a delivery from a third party radiopharmacy partner limited to select Cardinal, Pharmalogic, Huntsman or BAMF Locations.
