Description of services: SUPPLY: The Contracting Activity is looking to acquire delivery and installation of the Code Alert Patient Wandering System (model 9450-8073) solely manufactured and solely distributed by the OEM Small Business, RF Technologies Inc. for White River Junction s Community Living Center. The location of the service will be at White River Junction VA Medical Center 163 Veterans Drive White River Junction, VT 05001-0001. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers.
