This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all parts and performing all work. Procure 2 (Each) ISO Panels, Bender LIM IZ-1410. Remove bad LIM in the Cath-Lab and install, program and test one new LIM upgraded panel. Remove bad LIM in the Building 14 OR and install, program and test one new LIM upgraded panel.
