This is a sole-source presolicitation notice for a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that will support the repair of the AN/USQ-167 Common Data Link System (CDLS), which is essential for fleet readiness. In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Cubic Secure Communications, LLC, which is the sole authorized repair source for the NIINs listed below. The Government does not own the data or rights to permit any other sources to perform the repairs. All responses received within 15 days of this notice s publication will be considered by the Government.
