Manufacture and contract-quality compliance for a FILTER ASSEMBLY,ELE. Requires adherence to MIL-STD-129 for marking, MIL-STD-1686 for electrostatic discharge control, and ISO 9001 quality system, with packaging to MIL-STD-2073. The material must be mercury-free unless written approval is obtained for mercury-containing parts (a warning plate is required if mercury is authorized). Any design or part-number change must be reported with a detailed explanation; Code 1 changes cover minor part-number changes, otherwise a written change order is needed. If you are not the OEM, identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization on the OEM letterhead; if packaging will occur at a location different from your address, provide the facility name, address, and CAGE.

Quality assurance requires the contractor to inspect and certify conformance (the government may also inspect), and maintain complete inspection records for four years after delivery. The contractor must have an ISO 9001-based quality system (or MIL-I-45208 if applicable) and ensure all items meet contract requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered for award, with proof provided in your offer. The procurement is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and will be a bilateral award, with contractual documents issued electronically or by mail and binding upon your written acceptance.
