Acquire 16 each of NSN 1H-5975-017277257-X3 CV UP FRONT PANEL to be delivered to two DLA Distribution sites (New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA). This action is a sole-source for the manufacturer under FAR 6.302-1; the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, but this notice is not a competitive solicitation. Proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing BOA) will be considered. Award will depend on meeting qualification requirements per FAR 52.209-1. Although the Government is not using FAR Part 12, interested parties may identify their interest in satisfying the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days.
