Summary

AI-generated · Aug 23, 2025

Provide six units of a transmission coupler as a commercial item, with delivery FOB origin and a preference for early or incremental deliveries. Documentation and standards references are available from DoD source points, and the notice notes that it may be satisfied with a commercially available item; if you have such capabilities, indicate interest within 15 days of this notice.

Amendments clarify competitive procedures and delivery expectations: quotes may be submitted by email, with a single award contemplated to the most advantageous offer based on delivery and price (delivery priority). The required delivery period has been updated to 400 days, and proposals should include a delivery schedule; price will be evaluated as the total price for all quantities. If only one acceptable quote is received, sole-source negotiations may follow. Revisions to previously submitted quotes are allowed, with a revised closing date of August 27, 2025.

NSN 1R-5985-017217842-P8, REF NR D-500-L456-2-614-360, QTY 6 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specificationsand Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), Qualified Product Databases(QPDs), Military Handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoDSingle Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service(DAPS) in Philadelphia, PA.
