Repair/modification of a flight-critical circuit card assembly (NSN 7R-5998-015434871-GF) in a quantity of 3 each, with delivery FOB origin. The government does not possess sufficient, accurate, or legible data to buy or repair this part from non-approved sources, and prior Government source approval is required before award. If a source approval request is currently being evaluated, include a copy of the cover letter forwarding that request with your offer. If approval cannot be processed in time, award may proceed to meet Fleet requirements.
