All-purpose and interoperable radios are being procured for CIVAHCS under FAR 13.1 procedures with an LPTA evaluation. Proposals must address all line items and demonstrate that the equipment meets the required characteristics listed in the solicitation.

Submit a proposal including: signed SF-1449; completed price schedule for all line items; completed Attachment D.1 Supply Line Item Template for 36C26325Q1113; signed SF-30s for any amendments issued; descriptive literature (equipment brochures or equivalent) that clearly defines the product and shows how it meets the section B.2 requirements; a letter of authorization from the OEM in accordance with VAAR 852.212-71 (Gray Market and Counterfeit Items); and a completed 52.225-6 Trade Agreements Certificate.
