Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Procurement of 23 RF MODULE ASSEMBLIES for repair/modification (NSN 7GH 5895 016063607; P/N H459869-1) to be performed per the specified drawings. Deliveries are FOB origin; vendors should submit their best delivery schedule. Proposals from all responsible sources are welcome, but NECO offers will not be accepted; offerors must submit the entire signed RFP package by the closing date; government source inspection is required; marking must comply with MIL-STD-130.

Amendment updates designate this as a repair RFP rather than a straight buy, and remove prior language about a fixed-price pricing approach contained in the original notice. The amendment series shows quantity adjustments across notices (from 21 to 15 to 21 to 23, then to 15 in the latest change) and adds specific bid requirements and constraints, including a repair turnaround time (RTAT) expectation, firm-fixed-price pricing unless Beyond Repair is conceded with DCMA concurrence, and the requirement that teardowns/evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. The procurement continues to reference NAVSUP-WSS and requires government source inspection, with detailed submission instructions and other contract terms incorporated from the RFP.
