Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Repair and modification of Navy radar processor units. The contractor will receive processor assemblies, repair or modify them as needed, test them, and return them for government inspection and formal acceptance. Price per unit is set in the schedule and tied to meeting a 120-day repair turnaround time (RTAT); if the RTAT isn’t met, price negotiations may occur.

Key constraints include an induction window of 365 days after contract award (assets received after that date require bilateral agreement for repair), and a throughput requirement (the contractor must show a monthly repair capability; 60 units per month is the baseline that indicates no throughput constraint). The contractor must report all asset transactions in the CAV system within five regular business days of receipt, and final inspection/acceptance is required by the government.
