SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION 57MM TP ROUND (N00174-26-R-1009) This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.204. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Picatinny, New Jersey Detachment intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed Price(FFP), 5 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Supply Full & Open Competition solicitation with pre-established stepladder pricing for the 57mm Target Practice (TP) cartridges, to include all components, Load Assemble and Pack (LAP), and acceptance testing. The TP cartridge is a 57mm cartridge that is intended for target practice, training, and ship qualification testing. The fixed cartridge consists of a fully inert projectile, a brass cartridge case loaded with propellant, and a primer. It is anticipated that this contract will be a Singe Award supporting FY26-30 requirements. Delivery Orders will be issued at the time of need.
