(i) Clear and Concise Description of Supplies or Services: Service Title: 57 MUNS PMEL Repair Brief Description: 57 MUNS requires a contracted service to provide repairs and calibration for two: (1) 50 GHz Spectrum Analyzer, Model E4448A, Serial Number SG46180397; (2) 26.5 GHz Spectrum Analyzer, Model E4440A, Serial Number SG428250185, restored to original manufacturer specifications. (ii) Procedures for Award: The proposed action is not estimated to be greater than $25,000.00. (iii) Trade Agreements Language: Not Applicable (iv) Technical Data: The Performance Work Statement is included as an attachment (v) Construction Contract Information: Not Applicable (vi) Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
