Specifications: (USGS), St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center located at 600 4th Street S. St. Petersburg, FL 33701 has a requirement for two (2) replacement chain-driven vehicle access gate operators. These devices are essential to the mission of the U.S. Geological Survey Natural Hazards and Marine Resources Program (NHMRP) by maintaining security of our center and its resources. These vehicle access gate operators allow staff to actively monitor facility access, ensuring the safety of staff, vehicles, vessels, tools and equipment at the center. More information is provided in the attached statement of work such as photos of the bridges and weight limits. Interested small business firms shall submit (1) NAME, ADDRESS, and their PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM (including UEI (Unique Entity Identifier); (2) a CAPABILITY STATEMENT including (a) RECENT (within the last three fiscal years) RELEVANT (similar projects to this requirement) performance history (identify the name of the owner and there point(s) of contact with telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses; and (b) in what capacity (e.g., prime, subcontractor etc.) they performed the work; and (3) their SIZE STATUS.
