DELIVERABLES: Fifty (50) Radiator Covers forty (40) inches wide by twenty-six (26) inches high that have all the details outlined in attached drawing and be painted on both sides evenly in a resilient bright white paint. These covers can be custom manufactured or purchased with custom hole locations, whichever offers the best value to the government. If the vendor chooses to custom manufacture them, they shall produce one (1) prototype cover that is to be sent to the Buffalo VA. The COR will then verify if they meet the standards outlined in this SOW as well as fit and finish. The COR will then notify the contractor of any changes, if needed, or give approval to produce the remaining covers. An example of a radiator cover that meets our specifications is Vulcan RFG-A Convector Cover Only (40" wide x 26" high) 14-gauge, VP-1 Bright White Paint with custom hole locations. QUALITY ASSURANCE: The Government may inspect each material as received. The vendor shall be notified within 3 duty days of receipt of unacceptable materials. The contractor shall deliver replacement materials within fifteen (15) duty days of notification of unacceptable materials. WARRANTY: Vendor shall provide a one (1) year warranty on all requested goods and be able to process warranty for the claim within thirty (30) days. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The vendor shall deliver all goods within one-hundred twenty (120) days after receipt of order.
