WA LEAVENWORTH NFH PRAS MAIN & SUPPLIES Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, SAT 1, intends to award a firm fixed price sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to: Small Business Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc. 1235 Activity Dr STE A 92081-8562, United States The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems Size Standard $41 Million. The object of this sole source award is to repair and maintain the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery pRAS system which has four SITA UV filters and three HEX microscreen drum filters to ensure that water quality is met for fish health and effluent water standards. This equipment is highly specialized and requires regular maintenance and replacement of parts. This contract is described as fulfilling those annual requirements in order to maintain a functional system by replacing those components, providing the hatchery with spare parts, and providing expertise to help guide hatchery staff and find faults above the capabilities of LNFH. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
