USCGC Active and USCGC Diligence Air Circuit Breaker Solicitation Amendment #1 This is a modification to combined synopsis/solicitation NR 52000RFQ260002416 for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. During the award evaluation phase of the initial proposals the Government determined that no technically acceptable bids were received. The purpose of this modification is to highlight key requirements to increase the potential for receiving technically acceptable proposals. The Government has: Clarified Critical Requirements for Technical Acceptability Clarification of Critical Requirements for Technical Acceptability To be considered technically acceptable, offerors must ensure their proposals explicitly and verifiably address the following critical items. The Government is reiterating that vendors should pay close attention to these components in order to increase the chances of submitting an acceptable proposal. IEC Configuration Compliance CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Circuit breakers must be the IEC configuration where connection clusters are mounted on the cradle and stabs are mounted on the circuit breaker itself, as delineated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
