NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD UNITED STATES COAST GUARD SFLC NORFOLK INTENDS TO AWARD an order for Emergency Shaft Seals Consumable Components, Renew, In-Water (Defense Maritime Solutions) This notice is to inform companies of the Government intent to award. If a company demonstrates the capability to provide the Emergency Shaft Seals Consumable Components, Renew, In-Water, the Government may use the response for information and planning purposes. The purpose of the Notice of Intent is to inform sources of the Government intent to award to a company claiming sole source, this does not constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this Notice of Intent. All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
