NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD UNITED STATES COAST GUARD SFLC NORFOLK INTENDS TO AWARD an order for Emergency Shaft Seals Consumable Components, Renew, In-Water (Defense Maritime Solutions) This notice is to inform companies of the Government intent to award.
