NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
