The Government is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing and installing an upgraded General Dynamics CM-350 radio communication system (Brand Name Justification attached). This project entails the removal of the existing UHF system and installation of the following components: Radio System: Four (4) CM-350 UDX Radios integrated into an equipment rack. Consoles: Two (2) Jotron Desktop Consoles. Network Integration: System integration over the customer's existing IP network to link the Jotron consoles with the CM-350 radios in the communications closet, ensuring full interoperability. Antenna System: Installation of four (4) RF antenna transmission cables and one (1) TACO UHF antenna on the existing monopole tower. Training: Provision of brief training on system operation, maintenance procedures, and safety measures. Site Clean-up: Daily and final removal/disposal of excess materials and equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the installation process.
