LARSA, INC., IS THE SOLE AUTHOR AND DISTRIBUTOR OF THE SEGMENTAL BRIDGE ANAYLSIS AND DESIGN SOFTWARE, AND THE ONLY VENDOR THAT CAN PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, SOFTWARE UPGRADES, AND MAINTENANCE. THE LARSA 4D BRIDGE PLUS SOFTWARE IS THE ONLY SOFTWARE THAT CAN SATISFY THE OFFICE OF FEDERAL LANDS NEED FOR SOFTWARE THAT CAN PERFORM AN ANALYSIS AND DESIGN FOR CONCRETE SEGMENTAL BRIDGES. IN ORDER TO ASSURE THE SOFTWARE IS UP TO DATE WITH STANDARDS AND THE DESIGNERS HAVE SUPPORT ON HOW TO USE THE SOFTWARE, IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE SOFTWARE COVERED BY A MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 6 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
