Deliveries are to two DLA Distribution sites: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement; the government will consider such responses for potential competition. The procurement will not follow FAR Part 12 procedures, but interested commercial-item sources may identify their capability within the applicable process.
