AI-generated · Aug 26, 2025

Provide and install 8-inch CPVC pipe and fittings to connect the existing parts washer exhaust pipe to the outdoors. Extend the existing pipe vertically about 14 feet, then run a horizontal section about 28 feet to exit the building above the hangar doors on the north side of hangar 11. The horizontal run must be supported from the concrete ceiling as required (the ceiling is roughly 3 feet above the pipe). The vent exit area is corrugated steel and must be cut to allow the exhaust pipe to pass through, with sealing around the pipe once installed. Install a barrier to prevent birds and other rodents from entering.

Market research is being conducted via a sources sought notice and this is not a solicitation; it does not obligate the government. Responding will not authorize work or reimburse costs; any actual work requires a contract signed by a warranted Contracting Officer.
