The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research to support the procurement of Brand Name or Equal: Clean Steam Generator (CSG) Tube Bundle for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System. This notice serves to survey the market in an attempt to ascertain whether or not sources are capable of providing the requested supplies and services. This notice allows potential vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability. The sources sought effort is intended to assess industry capabilities and develop/support the intended direction of acquisition planning. This Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 333414 Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing. Responses to this notice, will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this notice, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this notice are not considered adequate responses to any corresponding solicitation announcement. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Brand Name or Equal: FLOFAB Heat Exchanger Clean Steam Generator (CSG) Tube Bundle Only (Part Number TB-0686-2A). The Contractor shall provide Brand Name or Equal: FLOFAB Heat Exchanger Clean Steam Generator (CSG) Tube Bundle Only (Part Number TB-0686-2A) to the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). The offered items must be compatible with an Armstrong International Condensate System, Model AFH-42625-S. It is NCO 21 s intention to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for VASNHCS. Please refer to the solicitation for a complete summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 333414 Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
