Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Two Sullair air compressors and two Sullair refrigerated air dryers will be procured and delivered to replace end-of-life units that are obsolete per the manufacturer, under a firm-fixed-price sole-source action to Comairco Equipment, Inc. The equipment will supply dedicated air pressure to processing machines in the laundry plant, and its reliability is critical to mission operations; compressor failure would force Buffalo and Batavia VAMCs to cancel treatments and appointments.

This is not a competitive solicitation, and no solicitation will be issued. If a response demonstrates that competition would be advantageous to the Government, it will be considered, but there is no obligation to acknowledge receipts or provide feedback. If no affirmative written response is received by the closing date/time, the contract will be issued without further notice.
