DESCRIPTION NOTICE: The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) s intends to Sole Source the Hazardous Material Abatement and General Demolition (FCAs) at the Marietta National Cemetery, classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562910 Hazardous material storage tank removal and disposal services to B&M Construction, INC. (SAM UEI # PE3BRN7DKNF7), IAW FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or required by statute and VAAR 819.7008 Sole Source award to Verified Service-Disabled Veteran owned Small Business. __________________________________________________________________ Services require contractor to the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform hazardous material abatement/remediation and general demolition at the Marietta National Cemetery Maintenance Building. All services performed by the contractor must adhere to National Shrine standards. The agency has determined that the need to sole source applies as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business precludes full and open competition; and delay in award of the contract would/could result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government. The agency intends to award this on or about July 15, 2025. The proposed period of performance is 150 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, interested sources may submit a capability statement to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 10:00am EST on July 7, 2025.
