As far as the walkway that must be removed, do we replace with 12x12 pavers as close to the existing design as possible only the ones that are broken when removed? Or are we to replace them all? Do you want an alternate bid with replacing them with concrete? Replace the entire walkway with new 12x12 concrete pavers with new subbase. Ensure pavers are even with curbs. Who is responsible for locating the other VA utilities? The VA or the contractor? The contractor is responsible for locating VA and Public utilities in the area. What are acceptable work hours?
