Contractor shall be certified by the material/equipment manufacturer as trained in, and as knowledgeable of, the manufacturer's standard practice and procedure relating to installation of sprinkler systems. The Contractor shall be certified and licensed by the state and local jurisdictions, as applicable. Contractor shall be a firm specializing in performing fire-suppression installation work with a minimum of five years experience and must be regularly engaged in the installation of water-based fire suppression systems. System shall include aboveground distribution piping, sprinklers, water storage tank and water supply lines (if required) and other related components and appurtenances for coverage of the 2,600 square foot, two story, Type V construction, Mayfield House.
