The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to solicit and negotiate with Munters Corporation, 14 South Hunt Road, Amesbury, MA 01913 to procure ACC Munters Replacement Controller Upgrade for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, Honolulu, HI. This acquisition is to procure the following items: One (1) EA, Human Machine Interface (HMI) (Munters P/N 150-038194-002); One (1) EA, HMI bracket (Munters P/N 150-038515-001); and One (1) EA, factory-programmed LS1628 PLC (Munters P/N 150-038194-011). The above procurement will be conducted on a sole source basis and determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Munters Corp. s products are the only available system on the U.S. market that will meet our requirements.
