SPECIFIC TASKS: Supply one (1) Ten (10) ton condensing unit, air handler, and associated materials that matches the specifications provided within this statement of work (SOW). GENERAL SPECIFICTIONS: Per ASHRAE 62.1 recommendation, indoor air handling units will be stretch or shrink wrapped to protect unit from in-transit rain and debris. Units shall be UL and C-UL Listed. UNIT SPECIFICATIONS: The condensing unit shall meet the following specifications: Cooling Capacity: 117,000 BTUH Cooling Efficiency: 11.2 EER Maximum Fuse / Breaker Size: 60 Amps MCA: 40.6 Amps Nominal Tons: 10 Number of Circuits: 1 Refrigerant: R410A Sound Rating: 83 Decibels Voltage:208-240 / 3 phase An example of a condensing unit that meets these specifications is Arcoaire CAS121HAA0A00A. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The successful bidder shall deliver all goods purchased under this contract to 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 within thirty (30) days of receiving the signed purchase order issued from the Contracting Officer (CO). VA INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA: Upon delivery of condensing and air handling units, the COR or designee will verify that the equipment satisfies this requirement, is complete, and free of defects and/or damage. The vendor shall be notified within 3 duty days of receipt of unacceptable materials. The contractor shall deliver replacement materials within thirty (30) business days of notification of unacceptable materials. QUALITY ASSURANCE: The vendor shall provide a one (1) year warranty on all parts and labor associated with repairs of the air handling and condensing units purchased under this contract.
