This solicitation is FOB Destination. DELIVERY SCHEDULES WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY THE FOOD SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR OR DESIGNEE. DELIVERY SCHEDULES MAY BE MODIFIED AS NEEDED BY THE AGENCY. Items will need to be received by April 24, 2026. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance.
