This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. 2. Furthermore, the contractor will ensure that serving agents are indeed certified Honeywell Vindicator Field Servicing engineers that are well versed in Vindicator Server design, automation, programming, diagnostics, and repair."
