Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a second Q&A that was received timely, but missed by CONS in the initial round of questions. The due date for quotes has been extended until 1 July 2025 no later than 4:30 PM EDT. Vendor do not need to resubmit if they have already provided a quotation but may resubmit if the Q&A requires a change up until the due date. Amendment 3: 316th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Water Fountain Replacem The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from the site visit taken place on 18 June 2025. Fountains: Will all fountains (excluding gatehouses) be combined bottle refill/drinking fountain units? Do any require ADA-compliant height? Yes they will be combined units. They do have ADA-compliant height (No higher than 48in off the ground) SFG Gatehouses (VA & Main): Due to limited space, should these fountains be bottle refill stations only? Just bottle refill stations will be most efficient because of the space. Wall Restoration (SFG Main Building): What is the desired finish for the wall after fountain removal (specifically addressing the outlines from previous units)? The finish will be the matching finish of the walls that are along the hallway. Update on the CE rejection/permit requirements. Currently waiting for CE to pull the document. Amendment 2: 316th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Water Fountain Replacement The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ deadline from Friday, 27 June 2025 no later than 4:30 PM EDT. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged. Amendment 1: 316th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Water Fountain Replacement The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a Site Visit by multiple vendor requests. Question due date updated. Acknowledgement of this amendment is not required for submittal of quotes, if you have submitted, an update is acceptable but not required. Quote due date remains unchanged from Wednesday, 25 June 2025 no later than 4:30 PM EDT. Site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 2:00pm EDT. The Site Visit will be located at 1832 Robert M Bond Dr, Morningside, MD 20746. This requirement is for the removal, replacement and installation of water fountains. The 316th Security Forces Squadron requires water stations with the capability of delivering refrigerated water between 40F and 50F and units must be equipped with a filtration system rated for a minimum of 3,000 gallons. Must be certified to NSF/ANSI 42 & 53 filtration standards and meet all lead-free compliance regulations. Contractor must remove and dispose of six existing fountains, soundly install six new devices and dispose of all restoration and trash and clean the work area. Contractor must agree to a one-year warranty covering the following: repairs to any broken equipment that affects water supply, water pressure, etc.
